Back at the start of 2018 (literally, enjoying other people’s fireworks a little after midnight on New Year’s day) I decided that I would aim to be published – excitingly, I managed it, too, and so this page will hopefully fill out before much longer. For now, though, here’s the short list of my published work.
Step back to the 12th century and the Holy Land with the Chansons of Leofric de Bredon:
“Sea Wolf”, in Crossbones & Crosses: An Anthology of Heroic Swashbuckling Adventure
“Sand-Devil”, in Death’s Sting–Where Art Thou?
“The setting and action sing of Robert E Howard’s crusader fiction… This is the anchor story of the collection, that one you will remember and makes it all worth it.” — Dark Worlds Quarterly
Set sail with a crew of buccaneers under the blue flag of Rahmia with the Adventures of Azirah:
“Vengeance, by Wind and Tide” in Neither Beg Nor Yield
“[This] is phenomenal. I had been hoping for a female-led adventure, and to meet a swashbuckling corsair not unlike Valeria herself was more than I could’ve hoped for. … Swashbuckling tales have always been a favorite of mine, and one mixed with sorcery and mystery makes it even better.” — Gung-Ho Geeks
“This is just a superb story, written in a style reminiscent of Robert E. Howard, with plenty of action, a strong protagonist, and a vividly realized setting. As I was reading, I thought, “You know, Brown could have sold this to WEIRD TALES in the Thirties.” That’s pretty high praise.” — Rough Edges
“This should be the crown jewel of this collection… Really great story. I can’t praise it enough. Absolutely among the best short stories I’ve ever read. Just fun. Great descriptions, and the ending was perfect.” — spraguedecampfan
